SHIPPING

 

Australian Metro: 2-3 business days

Australian Regional and interstate: 3-7 business days

International shipping - unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this stage however we are working on shipping internationally very soon, please subscribe or keep up to date with us on social media for updates. 

 

We post twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays via Australia Post. Orders are shipped Monday through to Friday. (Excluding Australian Public Holidays). For security reasons we are unable to arrange pick up or personal drop off's.  Orders are to be placed on our website with payment options being PayPal or Offline Payments (read instructions) only. Sorry No Cash Sales unless you have booked a Makeup Service with Katrina in which case you can collect your order at the start of your appointment. 

 

You will receive an email to tell you when your items have been shipped. Please check your spam folders if you haven’t received this email.

 

CHARGES

 

Standard shipping costs are a flat rate $10.00. We also provide an Express Post option for $12.00 

 
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
 

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

 
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
 

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team on +61 401 258 787 Monday to Friday 6pm - 9pm AEST. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please Contact Us so that we can assist you.

 

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY HASN'T ARRIVED?

 

  • The first thing to do is enter the tracking number here, once you have received your confirmation of shipment email.

  • Next check at your local Post Office. Most of the time Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box if you aren't home to receive your parcel, however sometimes they neglect to do so.  So it is still worth a check at your local Post Office. 

  • If your items still haven’t arrived contact us including your full name, delivery address and order/invoice number when you are making inquiry.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However due to health and safety, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of Eyelashes purchased in our Lash Bar. If you have any issues with your puchase please call our Customer Service team on +61 401 258 787 for assistance.
